This call was from people selling a Mexican vacation with bonuses for a low price. I believe the company or group name is Cancun Calling since that's what comes through to the bank when they charge you. For a total of $399 (plus a $69 fee at booking), they're offering:
1) a 6 day/5 night vacation in Cancun, Mexico at a 5 star resort with full access to their 3 other resorts included. They gave the websites LagunaSuites.com.mx and OceanHotelCancun.com. For an additional $100, you can buy an all-inclusive meal/beverage (including alcohol) package that works at all 4 resorts of theirs. On day 2, you have to spend 90 mins on a tour of one of their resorts (probably trying to sell you a timeshare or something).
2a) The 2nd part is supposed to be an Orlando vacation package. I didn't get the details because I live an hour from Orlando and go there all the time. The price for the Mexico package and Orlando would have been about $800 including 2 adults and 2 kids (in Mexico, not sure if kids are included in Orlando).

If you refuse the Orlando vacation part of it and keep saying no, they offer you:
2b) A 4 day/3 night cruise for 2 adults to the Caribbean (Paradise Islands and Port Nassau) departing from Miami or Port Canaveral in Florida (via Royal Caribbean or Carnival cruise lines).
3) A 3 day / 2 nights "mini vacation" for 2 adults to another place they offer a discount to, like Las Vegas. Just the accommodations, no meals or anything else.
The cost of the Mexican trip, the cruise and the "mini vacation" is $399 (plus some $69 fee paid when you book). They even offer a down-payment of $175 first, then paying the remaining $224 within 3 weeks. You have to pay airfare to these all of these places, but they say they can discount that, too, since they work with airlines all the time. Everything else had to be agreed on first, and paid for, before they'd send out brochures and email you info. They count on impulse-buying, so they won't let you think about it or check with your spouse and call them back; you have to decide on that phone call (statistically, many more people say yes at first, so they know you'll say no after thinking about the cost). I originally agreed, but my bank declines all out-of-country charges because of the amount of fraud, with Mexico being the worst offender. I might just keep the block on the charge. I don't know if this is a scam or not.
