Who called from 3146276904

They call my cell phone.  I've never answered them in time to hit the "1" key to find out who they are.  I don't really care who they are, I just want them to quit calling my cell phone.

I dont know who this number is but they need to stop calling me .

This number has called me twice in the past hour, I declined to answer both calls. Blocked the number after the second call.

these calls are harassing, my cell phone rings and then it actually goes to voice mail only to not leave a message.  A big Pain in the A$$.  Wish i could find out who it is and then keep calling them!!

Tells me I've won a $40 Visa gift card, gives two options to press one to speak to a representative, then hangs up.
