Recvd call, answered, automaton said the call would be monitored for quality control & security, then silence...nothing..called back and it rang and rang and rang.
They were making a lot of racket. Then started coughing a lot as if they hung their self or was drowning. Sick person. I called back and let it ring for 10 min.

Same thing happened here. Message about monitored for quality control & security.....then silence.......hasn't called back as yet but I'm sure they will.
I had this happen just the same. Call would be monitored then a dial tone. I called the number back and let it ring for close to a minute and no one answered.
