Me
This number showed on my caller ID as only "Missouri Call". A man with a British (I think) accent left a message to return the call to a Sheila Taylor.

Female was on other end, I said hello, she stated her name and asked for me to confirm my name, dob, SS#, and mailing address. I asked her repeatedly what this is in regards to and she said she could not tell me until I confirmed all the necessary info. I advised her this is the year 2016, if you want me to give you all of my identifying information before you tell me why you are calling me you are ate up. She said we are not scammers, and I said well only a scammer would tell me I have to verify all of that info before they state the nature of the call and hung up.
So, not sure who this is but the female on the other end was a Bi***.

This is Transworld Systems Inc. Once upon a time they were called NCO Financial. It is a collection agency. RUDE A$$ people. They called for my husband, whom has been deceased for 7 years. They knew this, as I have called and written them several times in the past. On top of all that, I have been a responsible person and paying against this debt for at minimum 18 months ( i had a lot of research to find all the accounts that were left after his death)  ... and this is the first call I get in 7 years regarding an outstanding debt that I am already paying ???? WTF?  REALLY?? Their representative was a "Senior Account Specialist". I seriously question their accuracy and ability. Thank goodness I keep good records!

First, if you have sent them letters, then they are violating the law.  Second, why are you paying a debt that isn't yours and that you are not responsible for?  Third, why have you not reported them and sued them?  Oh, and fourth, how do you know that he owed that debt?  Did they prove to you that debt was owed and that they had the legal right to collect it?

You need to send them a certified, return receipt  "not me" or refusal to pay letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/
