Who called from 3146653259

For 3 days I have received 41 calls from 11 different numbers in 8 different states. This being one of them. They leave no message & don't say anything when I answer. It's becoming ridiculous & I'm about to change my phone number.

Received call today (3/26/15) with no msg left on our phone.  Called back but just got music.  No one came to the phone to answer my call.

I've started saving to my contacts. with a x preceding name(name if I find on search, unknown others) and 'no ring' on ringtones. I hope that helps!
