Unable to identify this caller.  Answer but no response.

It is mccleodusa, Bridgeton, mo.  My phone is on federal no call list.  They have been staying to use a "spoof" number this evening too, I wouldn't pick up on other number.

Multiple calls in a single day when I answer there is no response.

I am on the no call list and yet they called twice today.
