I just got a text addressed to my cat Molly.  I was at the vet today so I think it has something to do with their system.

"Charlie, you or a loved one need to stop smoking. This does work and its free www.smoke8.com"

Has anyone else recieved a text message like this? I've never smoked in my life as well as my family. I'm not sure how they got my number too!

I got a text just like yours, used my name and everything. Said something like "Do you or any of your friends still smoke? www.somek8.com is giving away free trials - Johnny"
I got 2 different messages from different numbers said the same thing with the same name, Johnny, at the end of each message.

I just got one too...from a L.A. number.  Same exact text.  Is this just a telemarketer?

Thought the 'free trial' they're advertising was a scam, and it is... here's the fine print on the order page:
