This person is leaving extremely abusive messages on my voicemail. Telling me I am going to jail, etc. now they are tracking down my family members telling them I am going to jail if I don't call them back. Stating that I am using their names as references, but would not say for what. The man is extremely abusive and threatening. He calls repeated times. My family is getting upset with me because they thing I'm using their information and I'm not. I'm 40 years old and have been out of debt for over. 15 years. The abuse and harassment is so bad I'm contacting a lawyer tomorrow. The level of abuse that is on my voicemail and to my parents and in laws, all whom are elderly is so severe. I do not want to speak with them. A lawyer can. He is stating he's from a company on St. Louis called " Atlantic Security " I did an extensive search and found nothing under this name. Isn't it illegal for bill collectors to harass you or your family? I don't eve know what I owe! The end of his last voicemail was " good luck spending time in jail! "
