Received a call to our land line today (28 Jun 2017) from this number at 10:45 am. Caller ID: Unavailable. I answered the call, just so I would know whether or not to block the number. Right after I said "Hello," a recorded male voice came on stating "Please answer a few questions for voter research." I hung up and then blocked the number. If the calling organization can't even identify itself from the start, I don't want anything to do with their calls.

When I pick it up on first ring it clicks about 3 to 4 times and caller hangs up. If answering machine picks up, caller hangs up.
