Got a call. Did not answer. Did  not leave message.

no message just multiple rings

Called once and left no message. Didn't answer phone. ID indicated call was from Kirkwood, Mo.

Received a call from this number last night and answering maching picked up. It was a recorded message asking which way I voted on the proposition for the City of St Louis to take control of it's police department. I thought the idea of voting was to be anonymous. Why would they care which city residents voted for or against the proposition? Probably will deteremine if they'll protect you not.
