Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Some guy from this number called for a lady I do not know he just gave me the call back number and said she could call him or have her attorney call him. Really do you think someone is just going to give a number to their attorney when they won't give you any other info..not even a business address. Good Luck Shawn K...I am sure she is waiting for you.
Some guy called my mother in law from this number saying if my husband didn't call back they would 'file a claim'. Gave no information, no agency name, etc. Tried to call the number back and it said that the call wasn't allowed from this phone. Weird? Yes! This number has called my mother in law at least five times. Who the hell is this??? This needs to stop.
What is this. I get a call from my niece, she says they call her and tell her there looking for me. The caller left no other information other than I am Robert @ MRM - ask him to call 314 720 2929. Ok she is not listed in the phone book, The service is not in her name. I am in the phone book and my cell is public record. They do not call me back. They know I am not the party for whom they seek. Yet still calling her. She wont give my number out. Then I call them every time they call her. Still no way to stop them. They have two listings I can find here they are. I hope this helps someone so far it has helped us not
