they left a message for a person I don't know. I think it's the previous owner. I called back to tell them the phone they were calling has a new owner. the guy was rude and yelled at me. haressers!
The called and said they was filing charges and I would be getting papers today .From a loan back in 2010 they said . She said she don't know if she could but she would ask the arbertration if I could pay the settlement they have to offer. But she did not know if they could do it because the papers already went out and if I got them before she heard from me the deal was off . Very pushy people , and very believable
Same as above. A payday loan that my daughter actually paid back! They already scammed her out of $1500+ several years ago as she allowed them to take auto pay from her account. Now MANY years later they keep calling ME!
Calls every day around lunch time. Same threatening words as reported above. Garnishment, Stop Debit cards, pursue actively at home or work place. All of this to a person who has no debt now or in the past. Use name as Total Health as well as Out of Area, sometimes a City and State. Spoof other business or professional numbers as well as try to mimic lawyers voices, or law officers voices. I can't believe our federal investigators have not caught them. They Change numbers just about daily as well as callers. Yesterday it was Genevie, today no name. Case number changes with each call.
Time for Federal action!
This number came up as RAA LLC. They are a low life collection agency. They had the wrong person, someone who has been using my business number as his own and going out to get payday loans. What made me upset was that they started the call with a recording which stated that I was being served at home or at work and going to jail. I asked for a representative and told him I was not the person and good luck finding the guy because I have tried. He uses a fake address and fake work address. I also told him what I thought of their tactics even though I was not the person they were looking for. He kept asking me if I was the man. I said, Do I sound like the MAN?" At that point I had raised my voice which I don't do and he said he would take my number off the list. Ha. We shall see. Stay safe!
