Who called from 3147204694

They have called my cell phone for the past couple days and they hang up when I '
answer. I think that these people are using this number as a mask over the real number they are calling from.

this number is a scam ignore it don't call it or text it

Caller hangs up after a few seconds w/o saying a word. It's the 3rd call received from this # within the last 2 weeks.

This number calls me several days in a row and never sayes anything then hangs up.

This number has called me 3 times within the last 2 days. I have only answered 2 times, but each time the call has been the same. There is this loud static that comes off and on with a male voice saying hellloo heellooo? Couldn't tell a difference whatsoever between the first call I answered and the second.
