These guys called me about a debt. When I asked can they send me information on it so I can verify what it is for, he said "we don't have to do that, we have verified enough"! He said the debt is $1,000 but if you can let me take $500 out of your account now, I'll forgive the debt and stop the Federal case on you. WHAT CASE? When I asked for more information on the company he said, "You don't need to know that either"? He roared out a check and I said.. "I've never had an account at that bank.. ever!.. I told him to fax me what he has, give me a day to verify and I'll call him back. He says "we need an answer by 6/23/11. Did he realize it's 1p on 6/22/11 ..noooooo!! When I said I don't feel comfortable paying for something that he won't give me info on.. he said "I guess you don't want this resolved, see you in court!".. I never said no resolution,, I asked for more information before I pay. Then the [***] hung up on me.
