Who called from 3147822428

Keep getting calls from this number. Even at 8am.
They hang up after 2 rings. Or hang up on the answering machine, sounded like a call center in the background.
Call supposedly originates in Mehlville, MO. Don't know anyone there.
Shortly after we get a call from this number we usually get a second call from someone with no number showing on the caller-ID at all.

Supposedly called "The Patterson Group"... I asked them what they do there and she didn't want to answer.
