If she says she wants to get you new policies and to get rid of the ones you have now that is replacement and is illegal so she is telling you to do something illegal, I wouldn't do it, call the company and complain about it is probably the best you can do, sorry
Some woman has called me four times this week saying she's Betty Ganger or something from Combined Insurance - have never even heard of them, looked them up online and they have a site but there are a LOT of complaints online saying they are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY who STEALS from their customers and uses ILLEGAL TACTICS to PRESSURE people into buying insurance from them! - anyway, I have never had a policy with these people, and neither has anyone I know. She keeps saying she wants to talk to me about my current policies and says she has something better to offer and upgrades. I called the company and they confirmed I have NO POLICIES with them, neither do my parents, any of my siblings, etc. I asked customer service how they got my number, and they said that they had NO IDEA. I asked to be removed from their list and informed them I am on the DNC list so they had NO RIGHT to be cold calling me or trying to solicit me for new business.
When I tried to call back it said her voicemail was full. I suspect this is part of a scam.
