My 82 yr old mother got a call saying she won a cadillac and 1.5 million. She could not understand this man very well. She asked where he was calling from and he said Louisiana. He asked her age, which she told him. He asked if she had children. My mother told him that she thought this was a scam and he said he could prove that it wasn't a scam. She hung up on him. He called back from a different number, so she answered it. He told her that he needed $155.00, for some expense, and that if she didn't have the money, they would lend it to her. My mother said she didn't do business over the phone and hung up on him. He called back 2 more times, once from the first number, and once from the second number. She didn't answer the last 2 calls. He also told her they were going to deliver her new car today. The second number is 876-863-6704. I called both numbers. The one from MO, I got a real fast busy signal. The second one which ID'd J.M. Kingston, I needed a PIN # to get through. My mother could not understand the so-called organization that he was representing.
I just got a call from this number. There was a woman speaking Spanish I think and she hung up after about 10 seconds. I'm guessing it was a wrong number call.
