They call from a different 314 area code number on a daily basis. They are either having employees utilize their own personal cell phones for collection calls or are utilizing either fake caller ID's or random caller id's. I would be surprised if any organization/company (other than a telephone company) would have this large a group of numbers to call from out of the 314 area code.
