SPAM sent to my phone, and I have my phone registered in Missouri for cell phones/no marketing/spam/etc...

Text to my phone claims "Your entry in our drawing WON you a free $1,000 Target GiftCard! Enter "636" at target.comcrdf.biz so we can ship it to you immediately."

I got a text telling me I won a $1000 gift card if I went to this site & entered "573".
