Who called from 3148273669

Just received a call from this number (yesterday, received 2 calls from 2 other numbers that people have listed in previous posts) and the person on the other end did not identify who they were and the business they were calling from. They hung up before I could inform them that my number is on the Do Not Call list and to tell them to take my number off their list.

I have a MO cell phone number having moved from the St. Louis area a year ago and got a call on my cell phone from this number.  I have registered this number on the national no call list but apparently it doesn't help.  Right???

Got a call from this number today. Older lady saying she was calling on behalf of a school foundation. I cut her off saying that I was in my mid-60s (which I am), not going to school, don't plan on going to school, and don't have any school debt. By the time I finished, she hung up.

Continue to receive many calls with the same numbers as above.

Really really tired of their calls. There should be a way to stop this.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse.
