Starting at 410pm today, I received calls from 314 282 8324 continually on my cell phone AND my home phone, at the same time until 436pm. I answered my cell phone once and said to stop calling my cell phone and hung up. I answered my home line once and said to stop harrassing me with so many phone calls. A black male yelled into the phone (my home line) and asked if he was speaking to XXXXXXX. I told him again to stop with the harrassing phone calls and hung up. He called a few more times and I answered and immediately hung up. Then he started calling with this number 314 828 1001. Same company. There were way too many calls in 26 minutes and that is harrassment.
They are all blocked now on both of my phones.
I really don't care if someone is late on their payments, there is no professionalism in a debt collector calling and harrassing,,,,, acting like an [***].........
I will not deal with people like this. And I have reported the numbers to the proper authorities.
Have been receiving call after call from 314-828-1001 .... they also utilize 1-800-281-1671. Hang-up is the usual technique or call and leave message for former line owner.
Collection Agency did return call when I attempted to find out their identity by calling the 800 number and when they returned the call it was on the 314-828-1001 number.
They have been warned numerous times that the line/number has changed owners on the times that I did answer and someone responded.
I pay for each and every ' second of use' on the line they are calling. How do I pursue reimbursement for that stolen money ?
Keep getting harassed by this company. Want this to stop. They keep asking for my wife Susan, but will never talk with me they just hang up when I tell the that she is not at homebut working. I will be happy to take a message and have her return the call, but I will not allow someone to talk to my wife without knowing who the are and why they are calling.
