Who called from 3148281039

Rang twice and hung up. I'm pretty sure it's a scam call as I got one of these calls this past summer.

Me too. Received today.

This number 3148281039 keeps calling my phone.  I can never get to it in time, so I called it back because the area code says it's in Missouri (and I have family there and didn't know if it was a hospital or ? number).  The recorded message said that I could dial 9 to collect my $100 free card to spend in the store of my choice, since I had recently shopped at a 'participating store'.  I am turning them in to DNC because I don't want any more calls from them.

Called my cell phone.   Didn't leave any msg.  I googled and found out that number is a scam.  Blocked it.
