Its a recording if everyone says he said d same thing... Its a way of telemarketers to find out wht time ppl pick up their phones so they can call u at that time n have a more successful sales quota..I think...or the governement haha who knows.
Just received a call on my cell, left a message from "Rick Morgan" about lowering my credit card debt (I have none, so this is very fake).
