When I picked up and said hello, there was initial silence. When I continued to say hello, the caller replied "Oh, hi..." then didn't say anything. When I asked who was calling, there was continued silence, so I hung up.
Initially got a missed call from this number with a voicemail to some "guy," i'm a woman stating he was following up on their conversation to lower his credit card interest. Also stated "this is the last courtesy call I will make." Then left an 866 number to be reached at? Next time I answer to tell him he has the wrong number. I answer...."Hello....silence...."Hello?"....um yes is this.....silence....I hang up. My advice just don't even answer. Probaby some type of scam that will run your phone bill up or sign you up with something just for answering.
