Apparently this is some sort of bill collector. They continue to call me looking for Evelyn Hall. How many times do I have to tell these people that I am not Evelyn Hall? Can I file charges against these people for harassment?
The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get this information for you and file a lawsuit against them for intentionally harassing a non-debtor.
