I received a call along with my husband and to be daughter n law today.  I called the number back and Ms. Anderson told me she was from the National Information Center and I had a complaint filed against me.  She went onto tell me this was for a payday loan in March of 2011, had by ss#, my current address, and bank information.  There was some holes in what she was telling me.
My to be daughter in law was one of the listed phone numbers.  I didn't even know her until 2012.  The bank information they had from 2011, I didn't even belong to that bank until a year later from when they said I got the $300.00 loan.   I requested the companies name that filed a compaint and she told me they didn't have that information.   I would only receive a letter once we agreed on a settlerment.    I told her I was not doing anything until i received a letter noting the companies name.  She threatened me with a court summons.  I told her to go ahead.  At least I would know what company if any has an issue.
