Agree that it's Express Scripts. Remember that they are covered under HIPAA rules so they just can't call and start talking to a patient about their erectile dysfunction medications without verifying who they are speaking to. That's why they ask that personal info.
Return phone calls get to phone tree for Express Scripts, a mail order prescription drug service. When I call Express Scripts directly via a known number, they indicated that they did not have a record of anyone from their organization trying to call me.
BE AWARE that they want you to provide personal information in order to speak with someone, so probably a phishing scam.

This is a scam. they did not leave a message. when I called back, it was an answering machine. they claimed that it was Express Script. but they are NOT.
Got a call from 314-888-6251 it was a machine calling me by name. But would not reply. Hung up and called the number back. Got a Human, and he knew my name. wanted to know my prescription drungs if any? Told him none of his buiness. He hung up on me.
