Caller sounds like she was in a boiler room with other people randomly calling. Asking to speak to the owner. At that point we know its a sales call and hang up. I did a reverse look up on this phone number and it comes up for Marsha Feingold. Wonder if Ms. Feingold knows her number is being used or spoofed? Or perhaps she changed her phone number and these people picked it up. Whatever it is.......its a telemarketer so just hang up.
