I received a call from this number (314-921-8541) on my cell, answered it, no response. Next time I won't even answer. I hope the idiot is paying long distance charges for each of these calls.
I too just got a call on my cell phone from this exact number and heard a man's voice say "hello" I said "hello" a couple times but there was silence and then a hang up.
