Who called from 3149234444

I have received calls at all hours of the day and night from this #.  Someone is trying to send a Fax to our phone which does not have a fax connected to it.  Can anyone help to stop these calls?

I've just had 3 calls in a row from this fax machine. Quite irritating

got a a call before 9am - they hung up - no idea who it is.

From 3 a.m., Sunday mornings and non stop.  This is constant

No less than 20 calls on Sunday morning between 1:00 & 4:00 AM.  Called BCBS, transferred 7 times all over the nation and got NO WHERE!!  I now find, VIA the internet,  that the calls are coming from St. Louis, Missouri and the manager at that Anthem BCBS location's name is Jacquelyn Edwards.
