It was a recorded call from livechecktochecknomore.com:  "you too can become a telemarketer and make money by harassing people by phone!"  :P

Have received this call a number of times despite being on the no-call list. Man's name is Hugh Shepherd and he leaves the same robo-message every time. I've reported him to the national no-call registry.
