I get phone calls from 314- 971-217-9508 in the morning from Missouri USA & when I answer there is no response. It is very annoying.

Left an automated message. They direct you to a website to set up robo calls of your own. Promises of making money without doing anything. Sounds enough like a scam.

Just got a similar call with a different phone number  314.925.5584. Report them to your state's attorney general.  They need to know.
