Same harrassment....glad I wasn't around to hear the phone. 3 missed calls from 314-932-0063 (at 10:27a, 12:34p and 3:57pm all just today). I firmly believe that the no call list is non obsolete. It's useless. I'm on there and have been since it originated, but what we need help with is stopping scam callers like this. Unfortunately the technology we have today is being used against us. Grrrrr!
I did a search for this phone number and name of company on this site and it came up blank both times so I'm adding my comments

Putting the number in Google, it said "Neutral Tandem" as the company but I'm sure it was spoofed. This number is from Florissant, MO (St. Louis area) yet the company listed above is in Chicago, I believe. So definitely spoofed.
I called the number back (knowing full well I can block the number with my Panasonic phones). The guy on the other end was way too cheery. He exhuberently (sp?) said, "Thanks for calling back!" I said, "You're breaking the law by calling people on the DNC List...but you know that, don't you?" He said "YES"! I asked him why. He said it was because he had an extremely exciting offer for a security system. Bored, I said, "Oh really?!?" I let him ramble on a little bit before interrupting him and saying, I don't give a s***!". He disconnected. I'm glad I wasted his time.
OMG, I see my phone blocked 3 more calls from this same number while I was typing this. Phone never rang.

I received one call from this number, so far. Caller Id said the company was - Customer Service. He may have said another name for the company but I don't remember what it was. The man said I could get a free Security System. He also said I could get Wireless Service to replace a landline phone that is also free. When I asked him if his company was an Alarm company, he then said I wasn't qualified for this.
Theresa is correct. The No Call List is almost useless, Federal or State. Most of these kind of companies are able to some how use a phone number that is not assigned to anyone, so there is no way the call can be traced to them.
There are - two ways to stop all of these calls. - The first, that I do, will stop them sooner or later and that is by answering the phone, push 1 if needed and then when a person is on the line - Say - the FOUR letter word that starts with an - F and ends with a - K and then say - You - and then instantly hang up. You do have to put up with them calling a lot before they stop calling.
The second way is better. To bad it doesn't exist yet. That would be if we all could get either AT&T or a company that makes phones to put a system in place where the caller has to enter the correct 4 or 5 digit CODE number, like 4927 or 86105, where you pick the code number, for your phone to ring. Then only the people you have given the code to could call you. All others would have to leave a name & number in a voice mail for you to call them back, if you want to. I don't think that any of these companies would leave a valid number if they had to.
