I received several phone call from 314-985-3962. It shows up on caller ID as a wireless caller. This number called my boss, my parents, then me several times. Yesterday, they said they had an order to serve papers on me regarding a claim number and were looking to confirm my home and work addresses. Today, they said they got confirmation, which I know none of the people above confirmed them, and are giving me one last chance to contact "the firm" to make arrangements. The last gentleman who called today said that this is his final attempt to contact me, but yet said that I have the opportunity to contact the firm handling this claim until he talks to me personally. Hmm that means he will be trying me again...maybe not...confusing.
Here are the problems I have. I have gotten calls from people like this before. Never have they shown up as wireless callers, but it sounds like a call center in the background. If they have papers to serve me, they will already have my addresses and will not need to confirm. Also, papers have to be filed in the court before being served and after checking, none have been. The number to call back was 866-212-3674. I know what all my debts are and are all accounted for. Not in a million years will I EVER confirm any personal information with these people.
Funny thing is…a couple of times out of the several they tried to contact me, they were calling for other people as well. Not very organized in my opinion.
