I received a message saying I'm watching u from this number I said who is this and got no response

I got a message today for this number saying "hey u" but as well as others when I asked who it was, I got no reply!

...whatever tho!! I guess people really don't have a life!

I got a message from them at midnight lastnight just saying RAWR! First time I've seen the number though =X

I got a text about 15 mins ago saying 'how r your kids? Used u' I tried calling it and saidthis number is nit un service. how do people use these fake numbers?
