Call from this number knowing my last name. Said they were a non-profit looking for funds. Came up as Missouri Baptist Medical Center which is a local hospital. I've never known of them to call asking for money so that was weird
Yes, it is Missouri Baptist Medical Center. The recorded message when you call back says that it is their Foundation which is in their spring and summer campaign, asking for donations. If you are, or ever have been, a patient there or with any MoBap doctor, I'm assuming they'll call. That's where I'm assuming they got my number.
I recieved a call on my cell phone from the number 314-996-5441. They did not leave a mssg. From reading the posts it looks like it a non-profit soliciting funds. I am on a no-call list and I do not want anyone from that organization calling me.
The same foundation called me. I have a doctor at Mo.Bapt. They stated that they were doing thier spring and summer campaign which confused me because it's mid-november. They asked I can leave a message about a donation, or to be removed from the list. I left a message telling them not to call me again. This really sounds like a scam, people. I've always understood they are a non for profit organization, and they would not be asking for donations in the 1st place. I've let them know that I was going to file a complaint with the attorney general's office no-call
I received a call from this number as well. I was at work & not able to answer but who ever called did not leave a message. Thank you for the previous posts which has let me know who it is calling!
