Constant calls from this number. Unknown.  Please make them stop.

this number keeps calling me everyday and i don't know why but it needs to stop because i'm tired of it

called several times on the home phone yesterday and left only one message - not really a message.  you could hear a woman with an accent talking in the background but could not make out the conversation

Is there a way to stop such stupid, senseless calls. They have been calling me for more than a week. I have been getting calls from this number- 3232051069. What can i do to stop it.
