Called and didn't leave a message

I answered call and he asked if I could here.  I said yes, you are loud.  He said he was from customer service and I asked customer service for where?  He continued to talk and say I had been preselected for a free trip....I said I am on no call and I hung up.  Not the first call.  Others are call and no message.

Looks like this number is a scam caller. Blocking. Thanks 800notes.com!

Called back and message said SURVEY now closed. Press 9 to remove from list.  CALL is blocked.
