I just received a call from them... said Hello, waited a couple of seconds, said Hello again. Their system said Goodbye.
I called them back and they said (something) Auto Loans... they've called here before and I've told them I didn't call them or apply with them.
I told Josh that I didn't appreciate their system saying Goodbye when I said Hello, and they are to take our number off their list. He said 'As you wish Sir' in his Indian accent.
This number, and MANY others have been calling me now for about 8 months. I reported it to the local police the first time in December and they did nothing about it and told me all I could do was change my number. I continued to receive the calls, as I was not willing to change my business number, and finally told them no to contact me again and leave me alone. The middle eastern gentlemen who I was speaking to said he had just "one" question. I asked what that was and he asked me to perform lude acts adn say "ooh lah lah" for him. I was disgusted and immediately contacted my friend at the District Attorney's office. I have had to make a formal report with the local police, attorney general, FCC, and the SSA. At one point they left my full SSN on my voicemail and stated they were from the US Crime Bureau. My Dad works for the FBI, so I notified him, and no my report also includes impersonating law enforcement. They have threatened me, harrassed me, called all hours of the night and even stated they would have me arrested. Also, in conjunction with the MULTIPLE numbers they use to call, they started texting me from a Verizon account on VZText.com. This text contained the single word "azizam," wich in Middle Eastern countries is used as a term of endearment meaning "sweetheart" or "darling." This is flat ridiculous and now because of this, I have to have fraud alert on all 3 credit bureaus, I have to continually report each additional phone number and message and I have to live in disgust and fear that something more tragic may come of this.
that number just called me the mexican guy said somethin about a car loan then said somethin about college then i hang up he calls right back n ask if i will have phone sex with him
