Answered because I have friends in the 323.  When I answered, there was dead air, then some breathing and then a hang up.  Odd.

This number calls me 2 or 3 times a day and never leaves a message.

This number called me. I answered and all I could hear was someone breathing and doing something on the other line. Very creepy.

This number constantly calls my cell phone and home phone, numerous times a day. They are really annoying, never leave a message. Tried blocking, doesn't  work. Can't stop this harassment....
