Recurved a call from this number a few hours ago, just now able to look it up. The girl on the phone could hardly speak English, but I did catch the part about the IRS and being arrested within 24 hours by local police, that's when I stopped her and said I couldn't understand her and she hung up.

Been receiving the same vm multiple times today -09 may 2017. Marked it as scam so others are notified when call originates from this pH number. Do NOT call that number, report to authority about this.
Ive also recieved the same call about 5 times in the past 18 hours same message contact us or local authorities will arrest me i call back line does not ring definitely a scam.
