They asked for Bruce, and since I'm not Bruce, they start in their spiel with me. Cute way to get me to engage with them, they must just pick a random name in order for me to say something back to them even if it's "You have the wrong number".
I received a call from 323-209-1033 on my cell which is on the do-not-call list. I ignored the call as I did not recognize the number. No message left. My phone lets me set the caller-ID that'll show on your phone when I call you and so I set it to 323-209-1033 (their own number) and called them back. It's a generic voicemail system for "donation center". I never got a live person and there's no option to leave a message.
