Like everyone else here, I noticed I'd received a phone call from this number. Didn't answer. No message was left. Decided to call back and received a "Welcome to Hey Cosmo. Please wait while your records are retrieved." I immediately disconnected. 5/31/2012 in Texas

Ditto others' comments: rang once.  Appears to be an automated system checking the validity of cell phone #s.  Drats!

Received a call from 323-209-2883 on cell phone - answered it immediately only to have a hang-up.  Scam?  Sales call?  Annoying to say the least.

My husbands cell rang once and that was it. No time to answer or vmail. I get these calls too. And theyre starting to p*ss me off!
