Just got a call from these jerks! Said I owed a debt that has been paid since 2007! PLEASE, PLEASE....don't give these people any information! They are scam artists. We just contacted the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigations) and the Attorney Generals Office...they are opening a file.
Left msg this morning. Actually asking for my brother..?? Why at my number ?? msg referred to a 'claim' against his Soc. # and that they needed verification withing 24 hrs..... hmmmm????????

Just got a voicemail from a Jackie Motley from PreLegal dept. of Hazelworth and Associates about civil complaint about to filed against me in Solano County, case #005661 and says 'good luck'!?!
They have called me repeatedly re: "a civil action about to be filed against me in Riverside, Ca". Guys name was "Larry Winston"....the only hazelworth company I could find was an insurance company in Orange, Ca....does anyone else have more info on what the hell this is? thx
This number is also AIS (AIS Investigative Services) and will call from 954-200-6925. She said I owed a company Ten Dollar Payday Loan. I asked for documentation to verify the debt. She became irritated and stated they had a claim against me. I asked in what court was it filed, the court case #, presiding judge, their attorneys name and state bar of texas #. She hung up. I have no problem paying a valid debt, because I did let some things slip during my breast cancer treatment. However don't get upset because I want to be well informed! It's my right!
