Who called from 3232136952

We got a call yesterday from this number

I get a call almost every day from this number - I say hello and then it hangs up.

call received a short time ago.  hung up before i could talk

The called ID reported this as "Cell Phone CA."  I answered the call but there was no response at the other end - at least in the first few seconds.  A "robo call?"

Don't know who from but keeps calling is repeatedly on caller ID  but leaves no message on ans machine.  If legit they have no reason not to identify themselves
