A caller named John Kennedy called saying I had a court hearing because of a Check I filed bankruptcy onI would be put in jail they had my SS # and birth date knew when i filled bankruptcy.
A man named John Kennedy left a voicemail stating it was an emergency hearing that needed my attention. Said I may want to contact an attorney. I am in contact with all my creditors and the ones that I am not haven't been nor can they actively collect. I believe this to be a scam using easy to find information using the internet. If there was truly a court case etc, the courts would have record of something being filed. No such record on file anywhere! I don't intend to return this call at all and I don't suggest you do either. Or, if you really want to, ASK FOR VERIFICATION OF DEBT before you give any information or agree to anything. They have to follow the law and if they refuse, this is another sign of a scam. Be safe out there and don't be afraid to know your rights!!

Beware off these scams more people need to report these crooks soon they say your going to jail un have the right to call the cops no your rights always. These scammers are looking for victims they can scare into paying money they don't owe them it is 2015 people hack info. I hope more people reports these scams.
