Called 3 times in one minute. Did not answer.

Identified himself as Dept of Treasury William Rodgers threatening legal action.
Returned call 3 times to no answer.  Ridiculous.  Had very thick accent and had to listen 4 times in order to understand message

He said he was from the Department of Legal Affairs at the U.S. Treasury. He said something vague about it being concerning me and about considering having a lawyer call back for me.

I'm glad to know this isn't legitimate!

Left message: ""This message is intended for xxxxx this is Chris Wilcox at the Department of legal affairs at US Treasury and I was trying to reach you in regards to some more enforcement action that was started on you. My number is 323-283-8246. If you are to busy, I would suggest you to have your region attorney. I called them and was told by a man with a heavy Asian or India accent, that there was 3 counts of fraud from my 2010 taxes and that I was going to be arrested for 6 months. He had my name and also my husbands name. When I said I had no idea what he was talking about the phone call was disconnected. I have reported this number to the Do not call registry online as a scam and posing as a US Treasury department agency
