323-284-5527 left voice mail message claiming to be Judy Smith from Federal Treasury. said "A tax fraud has been filed against you. Call immediately or you will be arrested

Called my landline around noon and did not leave a message. I don't pick up the phone unless I can identify the caller; glad I didn't pick up after seeing all the feedback. Seems like a scam.
I should of said fraud and not IRS fraud. I am sure the IRS is not involved in this. The IRS always sends out notices by mail and they would never threaten to arrest someone for a matter like this. I could not find out what they are after but there threat is completely unfounded.
