I received a call from this number last night. No message left. Tried calling back to see if it was Time Warner; got the "not valid or disconnected number" recording.

I don't think it's related to my TW bill, John Allan. My account is current and my bill isn't due for another 2 weeks. There's no reason for them to call unless it's a solicitation.
