I bought a Panasonic phone KX-TG7741 from Costco that allows me to block 60 numbers. Has nothing to do with call blocking from the phone company which charges or a separate blocking device.
Got a call from this number Oct 3, 2014. As usual I don't even picked up my land line anymore. Anyone who knows me just call my cellphone furthermore, I assign different ringtone on my cellphone for different people on my contacts without having to look at the number on the phone when they call. Also, a silent ring on all scam calls. Cannot stop them but beat them on their own game.
I am so sick of these calls. I just got rid of one by telling the caller I'd filed a complaint with donotcall.org. They haven't called back. I answered on the second ring with this one, and no one was there. What a surprise. Now let's see how many times THESE people call.
I'm sorry for taking so long to respond, I don't usually go back when I post :) I invested in a phone system (Panasonic, but I don't sell/endorse one brand over another) that blocks 250 numbers; it also has a no-first-ring feature that is great! I have caller ID through my carrier so I can see at least what the number is most times. I have had no luck with "Robocall", but you might have better results...
